Arizona Attorney Brian UtseyBrian Utsey is an Arizona Attorney working in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Native American Law.
After graduating from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Brian went to law school at the University of Tulsa where he studied family law & estate planning and had a special focus on Indian law, winning his Juris Doctorate in 2005 and his LL.M in Native American and Indigenous Peoples Law in 2006. He held top positions, including President, of the Native American Law Students Association in Tulsa and was a representative to the National Board.
Returning to Arizona after law school, Brian worked for the Salt-River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Legal Services office as both the staff attorney and acting director.
Now in private practice, Brian continues to act as a consultant to other attorneys concerning Indian law issues, in addition to handling family law and estate planning cases in the Phoenix metro area.
